AND I REALLY NEED TO TAKE A BREAK !

p/s: I felt im losing my mind. Im having badtime with my appendix. It hurts like hell!
I want to stay but you make it easier for me to leave.
Youre good at giving me pain than happiness.
I dont think I can hold on to this for too long.
